RWIC - Rural Water Infrastructure Committee

Arizona's RWIC (Rural Water Infrastructure Committee) is composed of representatives from various infrastructure loan and grant programs, federal and state lending authorities, and technical assistance providers. It was revived in 2005 to assist small drinking water and wastewater systems navigate the federal, state and local financial and technical assistance programs. RWIC serves as a "One Stop" funding entity for communities and small water systems in need of assistance.  

Our mission is to serve as a "One Stop" funding source and technical assistance resource for Arizona's rural communities seeking assistance with infrastructure projects. We seek to create a sustainable organization of funders and technical assistance providers who partner to continue to meet the needs of these various water and wastewater systems throughout Arizona.

APPLY NOW: The Greater Arizona Development Authority (GADA) is pleased to announce the 2008B application round for financial assistance for public infrastructure projects is currently open. 

An amendment for the application has been issued.  The application and amendment for the 2008B round are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 30, 2008.  Financial assistance, in the form of loans, is available to cities, towns, counties, special districts and tribal governments throughout Arizona.
